Gather in the Garden Tickets & FAQs




Gather in the Garden will take place in the Botanical Center at Roger Williams Park. Its purpose is to provide guests an opportunity to try something different, learn something new, and experience art and music in a magically unique setting.


Enjoy the greenery in October at New England's largest glasshouse garden display. A wide variety of plants can be found, including majestic palms, carnivorous plants, cacti, and succulents. The perfect backdrop for photos and the opportunity to unwind with friends and family.


Explore what our community partners have to offer; chosen because of their dedication to helping us live our best lives with intention. Plus, connect with 10 more local, micro businesses with a similar mission. Enjoy classy, crafted drinks and food throughout the night. There will be a raffle, an art exhibit along the garden pathways, and a live music performance to close out the event.



Our Community Partners will be providing free or discounted services at this event.

*Free tarot readings and caricature drawings will be offered for free during the first hour [7-8 PM] on a first come, first serve basis. Not guaranteed for all attendees. Services will still be available 8-9 PM for additional fee.

Explore local, micro businesses. Items include; plant themed jewelry and goods, herbal sprays and goods, waist beads and other beaded jewelry, holistic health products, candles, body and hair care products, herbal blends, and flower pressed art.

Raffle: You will receive a raffle ticket with each ticket purchase, no additional purchase necessary. General Admission tickets receive 1 raffle ticket and VIP tickets receive 2 raffle tickets upon entry. The prize is a basket filled with 10+ items from our vendors, a gift certificate for a free massage at West Side Wellness, and gift certicate from Jordan's Jungle. Winner will be announced at 8:55 PM.

Schedule:


5:30 PM: Doors open for VIP

6:00-7:00 PM: VIP Early Access

  • Enjoy a complementary drink and snack

  • A Sound Bath led by Rocky Douglas

7:00-9:00 PM: Gather in the Gather Main Event

  • 7:00- 8:30: Explore the garden, art exhibit, and visit community partners and vendors

  • 8:30-8:50: Live Performance by Eva Davenport

  • 8:55 PM: Raffle Drawing



Limited Parking: Available in nearby lot. Security will be present but please hide valuables and lock car doors. Additional spots along roads in park.


Children: This event is meant for an audience of 18+.


About Public: PUBLIC is an art and community based business created by Cas Inez and Spocka in Providence. We’ve hosted gallery nights, open mics, comedy shows, markets, and much more. Ticket sales will go towards the cost of this event and any additional funds will support Public’s future programming and projects.
